If a tax invoice is needed, there will be an additional 3 points for regular tax and 10 points for value-added tax. 3.Product Sample Samples are a necessary process for both parties. Through samples, we can demonstrate our company's board master's skills and product quality, which is essential for both parties to proceed. Samples require an appropriate sample fee, not just to make a small profit but to maintain the daily operations of the sample house, including board master's salary, employee salaries, board-making materials, mold costs, etc. We hope our customers can understand this.A sample fee is charged, usually 300 yuan per style. The specific cost depends on the complexity of the sample design and can be negotiated between both parties. The sample fee can be refunded after placing an order. Signing Both parties confirm the sample is okay, and then the quantity, delivery date, and transportation method have all been agreed upon. During the production process, if the customer needs to place an additional order or change the product packaging, both parties need to re-sign the contract and renegotiate the delivery date. If the supplier fails to deliver on time and meet the contract requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods and demand compensation for losses and a refund of the deposit. 5. Payment method After signing the contract, a 30% deposit is required for the advance payment. Once completed, third-party inspection or direct inspection by the customer can be arranged. Production Process After signing the contract and receiving the deposit, the finance department will sign off on the order.
